BUSY DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN PROFITABLE.

The costs that never
make the invoice.

Missed follow-ups. Repeated admin. A job made from the wrong details. Nobody sends you a bill for them, but they still cost your business.

Maxim brings enquiries, pricing and production into one shared workspace. Quote with your current rates, keep job details up to date and see what needs doing.

The quote that decides it

By the time your quote lands, two others already have.

A customer waiting 2–7 days for a quote will often choose a faster competitor. Maxim sends the quote the moment they finish choosing — so the first number in their inbox is yours, and your team follows up while the enquiry is still warm.
