Does every plan include a separate instance?
Yes. Every plan includes a separately deployed Maxim instance for your business, with its own database, backend server and email sending setup. The user allowance is the number of people on your team who can access your instance.
What counts as a user?
A user is a team member with their own account in the workspace. Choose the plan that covers the people who need access. Get in touch if you have unusual access requirements.
What is the onboarding fee for?
The fixed, one-time setup fee covers configuration of your workspace, product rates, options and workflow, plus getting your team familiar with the system.
Does every plan include every feature?
Yes. Every plan includes all modules, from online quoting and production workflow to customer tracking and reporting. Choose your plan by the number of people who need access.
Will new features cost extra?
No. New modules and improvements are released to every plan as part of your subscription. You never move to a different tier to get a feature — only to add more people.
What about data migration, integrations and contract terms?
Tell me what you currently use. I’ll confirm migration feasibility, integration requirements, billing terms and the full cost in your proposal. I do not assume an existing spreadsheet or integration will transfer without reviewing it.
